2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if:

If we fail to deliver the agreed service within the specified timeframe and no work has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund.

b. Duplicate Payment

If you accidentally make a duplicate payment for the same service, we will refund the extra payment.

c. Technical Issues (Digital Products)

If you purchased a digital product and it is not accessible due to a technical problem caused by us, and we are unable to resolve it within 7 days, you may be eligible for a refund.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services that have already been delivered

  • Work that has already started

  • Delays caused by the client (missing information, late replies, etc.)

  • Change of mind after service has begun

  • Unsatisfactory results due to unrealistic expectations or lack of cooperation

  • Third-party platform issues (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.)


4. Cancellation of Services

You may cancel a service at any time, but cancellation does not guarantee a refund if work has already been initiated.

For subscription services, cancellation will stop future charges but does not refund past payments.

To request a refund, please contact our support team with:

  • Your full name

  • Payment receipt or transaction ID

  • Service purchased

  • Reason for refund

6. Refund Method
